How does pricing work?
We give you a fixed quote after the free consultation. That quote covers our project management fee and all consultant costs. You pay consultants directly for their work — we don't mark up their fees. Our coordination fee is agreed upfront and doesn't change.
What if my DA gets rejected?
We manage resubmissions as part of the service. Our 95% approval rate exists because we do pre-DA meetings with council, identify issues early, and don't submit until we're confident. If a resubmission is needed, we handle it — no extra project management fees.
Do I need a Deep Dive first?
Not strictly, but we strongly recommend it. A Deep Dive ($599) confirms what you can build, what restrictions exist, and what approval pathway to take. It means we start ECI with confidence instead of guesswork — and it often saves thousands by catching issues early.
What councils do you cover?
We currently cover councils across NSW, with expansion into VIC and QLD coming soon. We match you with consultants who have direct experience with your specific council — not generalists who'll learn on your dime.
How long does it take?
CDCs (granny flats, extensions) typically take 10 working days. DAs (duplexes, multi-dwelling) take 3–6 months depending on council and complexity. We'll give you realistic timelines in the free consultation — no false promises.
